recipe | eggs jeannette (pan-fried deviled eggs)

i know you have got to be curious to try this one out!  as always, my recipes are short, to-the-point and easy to follow.

eggs jeannette recipe

  • jumbo eggs (hard-boiled)
  • chopped garlic
  • parsley
  • himalayan salt
  • black pepper
  • oil (original recipe recommends peanut oil)


  • carefully cut boiled eggs in half
  • scoop the egg yolks into a bowl and set the egg whites aside
  • when all yolks have been emptied into a mixing bowl, mix the first batch of ingredients to form a paste
  • scoop the yolk mixture into the egg whites (leaving some behind for the dressing)
  • heat an oiled pan and lightly brown the stuffed side of the eggs
  • arrange stuffed-side up on a serving dish and drizzle with dressing
  • serve and enjoy!

  • leftover egg stuffing (from above)
  • olive oil
  • dijon mustard
  • splash of water
  • himalayan salt
  • pepper

  • mix well
