you can’t go wrong with this spicy tuna bowl featuring kimchi and avocado. as always, my recipes are short, to-the-point and easy to follow.

ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 can of tuna (in water)
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cut in half
  • kimchi
  • sriracha (optional)

instructions

  • drain tuna, add to bowl
  • lightly season (black pepper, garlic & dill weed)
  • add avocado
  • add a couple scoops of kimchi
  • add eggs
  • drizzle sriracha if you’d like some extra heat
  • stir it up and enjoy!
